Terrarium F.A.Qs and Care Guide

1. Do I need to add anything or open the container?

No need! The lid should stay on at all times to keep moisture in, and there’s no need to introduce anything into the terrarium.

2. Does the terrarium require any maintenance?

In almost all cases, the answer is no. It takes a very long time for the plants inside to outgrow the container. If the plants are crawling up towards the top you can use a pair of scissors and snip the growth and remove it.

3, What materials are used?

Each piece is a recycled glass container that features; substrate, plants, and interest pieces. The substrate is mostly coconut coir with worm castings, sphagnum moss, and small stones. All moss is collected outside from nearby forests and the plants are cuttings of my own from home!

4. Where can I get more terrariums or more involved?

Always feel free to email touchoflifeshop@gmail.com regarding matters like purchasing more terrariums or future updates. We are a very new business just starting out, and we will continue to bring a touch of life to Central Massachusetts.

Care Instructions:

Place your terrarium in a spot that gets plenty of indirect sunlight. It is not necessary by any means to introduce more water or anything to the terrarium. If the plants inside begin to overgrow, use a pair of scissors and snip the plant down and remove the material.

If your terrarium has any unexpected issue, please contact me at touchoflifeshop@gmail.com for assistance.
